Order Cancellations
Every RYZHM order is prepared and packed carefully, so we begin processing paid orders almost immediately.
- Before dispatch: contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. If it has not been processed or dispatched yet, we will cancel it.
- After dispatch: once an order has been handed to our delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled.
